As of June 2003, I have taught credit and credit scoring full-time. Media members have sought my expertise since 2008, including having my own radio show and being a frequent guest on many real estate and mortgage radio shows and podcasts. From 2018 to 2023, I taught a Financial and Credit Literacy Class for the Tennessee Department of Correction Non-Violent Drug Offender Program. I volunteer my services to three foster organizations and teach Financial and Credit Literacy in men’s and women’s drug and alcohol rehabs throughout East Tennessee. Sitting on the board of a nonprofit that helps sexually traumatized children find competent trauma counseling while giving them the tools they need to prepare for success in adulthood is my honor and passion.
